If you're having any issues with Voice Alerts, the culprit is often web browser permissions relating to text-to-speech. In most cases, a simple click of the button below should solve this problem. 

After you hear it say, "ready to go", reload your Dashboard and voice capabilities should now work.

If you continue to have problems, here's a few other things you can try:

  1. Try Force Refreshing your web browser while you are on the FlowAlgo Dashboard. Here's how:

    Windows: Press CTRL + Shift + R.
    Mac:
    Press CMD + Shift + R.

    After doing this, try disabling and then re-enabling voice alerts.

  2. Ad Blockers: If you are using an Ad Blocker, try white-listing FlowAlgo(https://app.flowalgo.com) or disabling it for the Dashboard as it may be blocking certain scripts required in order for Voice Alerts to work. Some ad blockers may have this option labeled "adding an exception".

  3. Clear your browser cache: Try clearing your browser cache. In most modern web browsers, you can do this by pressing CTRL/CMD + Shift + Del. If you need help with this, please shoot us a message.
